Archival records are maintained of the history, condition, and documentation of works in the museum's collections. Except for information that may be classified by the museum as confidential (such as names of donors who have retained the right to remain anonymous and financial transactions not a part of public record), these files may be examined under the supervision of the museum staff by appointment.
